By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Services. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws and includes state?specific disclosures for residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes, as further detailed below.
Notice at Collection. We collect personal information as set out in Section 2 and use it for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 5. We do not “sell” personal information for monetary consideration; however, certain disclosures may constitute a “sale” or “share” for cross?context behavioral advertising under applicable state law. You may exercise your rights, including the right to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, as outlined in Section 12.
1. Scope & Applicability
This Policy applies to personal information processed by Company in the course of operating the Services, including information provided by visitors, account holders, customers, leads, vendors, and business partners. We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information unless you voluntarily provide it for a specific purpose; if collected, we will use it only as permitted by law and as described in this Policy.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, request a quote, complete a purchase, subscribe to communications, submit forms, contact support, or provide content through the Services. We also collect information automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, beacons, and similar technologies when you interact with the Services. Additionally, we may obtain information from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, data enrichment partners, payment processors, fraud prevention vendors, and publicly available sources. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before collecting information from third parties.
4. Account Registration & Purchases
You may create an account to access certain features and to make purchases. During registration or checkout, we may collect identifiers, contact details, company information, and commercial data associated with your orders. If you choose to authenticate via a third?party identity provider or social login, we may receive certain profile information subject to that provider’s policies. Payment card information is collected and processed by our PCI?certified payment processors; we do not store full card numbers, CVV, or magnetic stripe data on our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Purposes for Collection & Use of Personal Information
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes: (a) to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services, including hosting, backups, and performance optimization; (b) to process transactions, manage orders, invoices, renewals, and account administration; (c) to deliver customer service, technical support, and incident response; (d) to personalize content, measure engagement, and develop new features and offerings; (e) to conduct analytics, research, and benchmarking (including aggregate and de?identified reporting); (f) to send transactional messages, service notices, security alerts, and marketing communications consistent with your preferences and applicable law; (g) to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and (h) to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our rights, property, users, and the public. We may also use personal information for short?term, transient use, contextual advertising, or other purposes disclosed at the time of collection with your consent where required.
6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Choices
We use first?party and third?party cookies and similar technologies to facilitate core functionality (e.g., account login, shopping cart), to understand usage patterns, and to deliver and measure advertising. Our cookie banner (implemented via our WordPress consent plugin) enables you to make granular choices regarding categories of cookies and tracking. By using the Services after affirmatively selecting your cookie preferences, you consent to our use of cookies consistent with those selections. You can modify preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer or by adjusting your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may impair the functionality of the Services. Do Not Track (DNT) signals are not consistently honored industry?wide; we respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.
7. Analytics, Advertising & Third?Party Tools
We leverage analytics and advertising technologies, which may collect or receive information from our Services and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services, insights, or to serve ads. These include, without limitation: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Advertising, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Apple, LinkedIn, TikTok, Stripe (payments analytics and fraud signals), and marketing automation or CDP tools. We may also utilize AI/ML?enabled services such as OpenAI/ChatGPT for content assistance, summarization, or workflow automation; such tools may process limited inputs and outputs to provide the requested functionality, subject to their respective privacy terms. Where a third?party provider acts as our processor/service provider, it is contractually restricted from using personal information for its own purposes, except as permitted by law. Certain third parties may independently act as controllers or “businesses” for their downstream uses; your data with those parties will be governed by their own policies.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, we will delete that information as promptly as practicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details in Section 16.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to: (a) service providers and contractors who process data on our behalf for purposes such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, fraud detection, email/SMS delivery, customer support, and professional services; (b) advertising and analytics partners for measurement and ad delivery consistent with your choices; (c) affiliates within our corporate family for the purposes described in this Policy; (d) authorities, regulators, or other third parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, our users, or the public; (e) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or similar corporate transaction; and (f) other parties with your consent or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, as noted above, certain state privacy laws may treat our limited disclosures for cross?context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “sharing,” from which you may opt out in accordance with Section 12.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on data category, business needs, and legal obligations, and will be evaluated using criteria such as the nature and sensitivity of the data, risk of harm, and whether we can achieve the purposes through other means. Where feasible, we will de?identify or aggregate data for analytics and research, and we will delete or de?identify personal information when it is no longer reasonably necessary.
11. Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, network security, vulnerability management, and workforce training appropriate to the nature of the information processed. No security program is infallible; accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on our systems. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for using unique, strong passwords and multi?factor authentication where available.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: (a) know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (b) correct inaccuracies; (c) delete personal information; (d) obtain a portable copy of certain personal information; (e) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; (f) limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information; and (g) appeal our decision with respect to a privacy request. These rights are provided under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and other analogous statutes.

We will verify your identity using reasonable methods appropriate to the request type, which may include verifying control of your email, account, or other identifiers. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will provide a written explanation of the outcome within the timeframe required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Opt?Out of Sale/Sharing and Targeted Advertising. To opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer and/or adjust cookie preferences via our consent banner. We also honor supported GPC signals in jurisdictions that mandate recognition. Certain opt?outs are cookie?based and will only apply to the browser and device used; deleting cookies may reset your preferences.

While our Services are intended for U.S. users, international visitors may access the Services. We comply with CAN?SPAM for commercial email and maintain appropriate records of consent and preferences.
17. User?Generated Content & Social Features
The Services may allow you to post content, reviews, or comments, or to interact via social plugins. Content you submit may be publicly visible depending on feature settings and may be indexed by search engines. You should not post sensitive or confidential information in public areas. The Services may contain links to or integrations with third?party websites, plugins, or APIs, including but not limited to WordPress.com/Automattic, Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, Pinterest, Apple, LinkedIn, TikTok, OpenAI/ChatGPT, payment processors, and analytics providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of such third parties. When you navigate to a third?party site or enable an integration, your information may be shared as necessary to facilitate the feature, and subsequent processing is subject to the third party’s privacy policy.
19. De?Identification & Aggregation
We may de?identify or aggregate personal information and use such data for analytics, research, product development, and other lawful purposes. We commit to maintaining and using de?identified information in de?identified form and will not attempt to re?identify such data except as permitted by law for the purpose of testing the efficacy of our de?identification processes.

We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details but do not store full payment card information. Refunds, chargebacks, and fraud investigations may require sharing transaction metadata with processors or financial institutions. Use of a third?party wallet or platform (e.g., Apple Pay) is governed by that provider’s terms.
WordPress, Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure
Our Services may be deployed on third?party hosting providers and integrate with WordPress, plugins, and themes maintained by external vendors. These providers may process limited technical data (e.g., IP address, request headers) to deliver content, balance load, mitigate DDoS, and detect abuse. Security and availability are also subject to such providers’ policies and performance. Please review vendor privacy notices for additional information on their processing activities.
OpenAI/ChatGPT & AI Tooling
When we use AI tooling (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT) to assist with content generation or support workflows, we minimize personal data in prompts and outputs and apply role?based access controls. Unless otherwise stated, we do not permit AI vendors to use your personal information to train their public models, subject to each vendor’s enterprise settings and contractual commitments. You should not input confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information into free?text fields intended for support unless requested for troubleshooting.
Non?Sale & Third?Party Contracts
We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense. Nevertheless, analytics and advertising vendors may have independent rights to process personal information they collect through tags or SDKs. Your relationship with those vendors is governed by their privacy policies, which may afford you additional choices. By using the Services and setting cookie preferences via our consent banner, you acknowledge and agree that such third?party processing may occur as described, subject to applicable opt?out rights.
Acknowledgment. By using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy, consent to our cookie practices via the WordPress consent plugin, and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described above, subject to your rights under applicable law.
